A supplier has different possibilities to create a shipment notification.

– In the purchase document overview page
– In the purchase document detail page
– Shipment Monitor app

The supplier uses the shipment monitor app to select purchase documents items which shall be delivered in a selected period or for a specific customer plant.

In the result list the supplier selects the required items and clicks on the button Create Shipment Notification.

In the shipment monitor app only purchase documents items are shown, for which a goods receipt is allowed.
