For each object type and event you can define in proconarum an Email template, that contains specific subject and body mail information.

When you create a new Email Template by using the +Add button you can maintain the mail subject and the mail body in HTML format. Use the Available Fields button to see, which fields you can use for dynamic content. These fields are defined in the setting task Communication Structure.

Copy and paste the place holder in the subject or body area.

Important: The system works case sensitive. When you write the pattern for the url as {{URL}}, it will not be found. You have to write lower case {{url}}

You can test your mail layout by clicking on the the button Send Test Email. Enter your mail address.

Special parameter patterns:

{{url}}: contains the direct URL to the business document
