For each object type like purchase order or RFQ a communication structure is defined, which can be used to fill the mail header and body with variable data like purchase order id or created at date.

At the moment proconarum supports the following object types:

– Purchase Order
– Supplier Quotation / RFQ
– Scheduling Agreement
– Supplier Inquiry

When you want to set up a Email Template with variables, you have to define the fields, that you want to use in the template. You can add new fields to an object type by using the +Add button.

In the column Place Holder In Email Template you see the place holder, which need to be used in the template.
