We simply integrate your suppliers and business partners into your SAP system landscape with the help of our partner and supplier portal proconarum. Our goal with proconarum is to offer a standardized solution on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Fully integrated SAP S/4 HANA / SAP ECC business processes are available on proconarum that are also highly flexible and transparent.

Very little data replication is required from your SAP ERP to the supplier portal – this reduces interface problems. proconarum is a solution that can also be expanded and adapted by you on the customer side.

In the supplier launchpad of our proconarum solution, the supplier receives an overview of his orders and the associated documents and printouts. They can confirm the orders and add documents for confirmation, which in turn can be transmitted to the S/4 HANA system.
In addition, the supplier can display an overview of all open and urgent order items.

The supplier uses the delivery monitor to record deliveries for one or more orders. They can also enter additional information, such as the supplier batch, if this is required.
As with the order confirmation, documents can be uploaded directly for each shipping notification.

With the help of proconarum, you can integrate the preliminary check, data provision and preliminary release by the supplier. Even in the event of errors and quality defects, you can provide the data to the supplier online. The supplier can view and check the data and initiate measures.

Supplier data and contact details are managed by the supplier themselves. They assign the respective roles to their employees, can create new contact persons or deactivate employees who have left the company. Necessary certificates, company presentations or other documents can also be uploaded.

As a customer, you can activate the supplier and assign it to one or more SAP S/4 HANA business partners to enable an integrative process in proconarum.

You can implement supplier inquiries and supplier qualification processes with the “Supplier Inquiry and Qualification” package. In addition to the familiar supplier qualification, which is integrated directly into S/4 HANA supplier qualification, you can also carry out material-specific queries (e.g. to obtain declarations of conformity or sustainability data for each material).

The tendering process has been restructured in S/4 HANA. With the help of proconarum, your suppliers can enter and approve their bids directly on the platform. In S/4 HANA, the purchaser sees the offers for the tender, can compare them and award the contract.

With the help of proconarum, the supplier records his services online. The recording is simplified or complex with the help of service records, which can be priced and provided by you.

Additional checks and validations of the performance recording sheets can be integrated and customized.

Transparency of the consignment stocks at the customer is necessary for the supplier. proconarum offers you the possibility to give the supplier insight into the current stock situation of his warehouse online.

Documents are provided for each order. To get an overview of the documents provided and the current versions, you can use the proconarum Document Monitor Service. Here the supplier has the option of displaying documents by order number, material, validity, etc. and – if necessary – downloading them again. If you use the LeanCatalog from SAP Deutschland SE & Co KG, proconarum is the ideal supplement. Suppliers can load the catalog content directly via proconarum. The checking rules you have set apply. Only when the catalog is error-free is the catalog content transferred to Purchasing for approval. In the next step, the purchasing department releases the content. After approval, the data is transferred to the LeanCatalog and is then available to the end user.
