After the questionnaire has been provided by the customer, the supplier has the opportunity to answer and comment the questions. In addition, the supplier can upload various documents.
After release by the supplier, the data is transferred to the SAP ERP system.
In the SAP ERP system, the data can be transferred to the standard supplier qualification analysis. Uploaded documents are created as document info records.
Question profiles can be used in proconarum to define material-specific questions. With material-specific questions you can collect information for each material. The material-specific answers can be stored and processed in material master classification, purchasing info record or QM info record for example.
